Who is Little...L?

Little…L is a representative of Higher Consciousness, Awareness, Inner Strength, Peace, Supreme Health in Body, Mind and Spirit. She is a passionate advocate for Unity in Diversity on this Planet. Her message is; "the answers that we seek from the external world are found within."

Her mala bead bracelet is worn as a reminder to repeat God's name in Prayer and Meditation. The sacred Sanskrit symbol on her tee shirt is known as "OM". In the East, it is a belief that All Creation has originated from this sound/vibration. This Omni Present, Omni Potent Frequency is accessible to each and every ONE of us. Silence and Meditation are the vehicles that transport us to experiencing this all pervasive sound. This sound is our reminder that we all exist within the Body of God. The OM symbol represents the unchanging eternal, Universal Supreme Lord.

The fortune cookie that sits in her hand represents "the answer is within." Health and Fitness of Body, Mind and Spirit are very important to Little...L, as she knows the body is a Temple for which God dwells. It must be kept healthy, strong and with respect, to keep steadfast on this sacred journey called "Life."
